How we handle your details

What we collect

Your name, phone number, optional email, region, how you would like to take part, and anything you choose to tell us about your health or your work. Pilot participants may also give us copies of their medical documents.

Why

Only to organise Healins research: to contact you for interviews and surveys and, if you join the pilot, to keep your documents so you can show them to a health worker. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How we protect it

Names, contact details, health information and documents are encrypted before they are stored. Only the Healins research team can open them, and every view of a document is logged.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see the details we hold, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact hello@sherohq.com and we will act within 21 days.

How long we keep it

Until the research ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
